Selection of warranted contractors by Northern Ireland Council Region is the current preference of The Northern Ireland Housing Executive, FOLD, GABLE, Local Councils, Consumer advisory and financial organisations. This processing form is designed to assist warranted contractors designate their regional preference/s quickly and submit updates when applicable. These preferences are then available to the above interested organisations so they can invite warranted contractors to tender for works. Submission is free to existing warranted scheme members of CIGS.
